I paid for the registration. Now, 24 hours later, I still haven't received my registration code. Why?

Normally a registration code is sent immediately after you finish online payment process. If this process fails for 24 hours, it will be for one of the following reasons:
a. You didn't use a credit card. Our 24-hour turnaround only works with credit-card payments;
b. You may have accidentally entered an invalid Email address with your order;
c. It may be an oversight on our part.
Whatever the reason, please contact us as soon as possible with a valid Email address, and we will send your registration code to you promptly.


Technical Questions

Why does not work correctly during capture scroll window?

Not all the auto scroll window capture captured at the moment. The latest version supports most of the standard windows like Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer etc, but not support Firefox at the moment.

How to stop capture while capturing auto-scroll window?

To stop capture auto scroll window, just press key "ESC" or any of the mouse buttons or press other keys.
